A “publish slot” refers to a published page, template, or section within our platform. It applies to all page types, including regular pages, products, collections, home pages, blog posts, articles, Shopify Sections.

If you’re still being charged after uninstalling the Ecombe app, it’s because Shopify manages the store’s payments. Shopify charges on a monthly basis according to the payment cycle. Even if you cancel the subscription during Shopify’s payment cycle, they will still charge you for that billing period. If you encounter this issue, feel free to contact Ecombe support for a refund or learn more about Shopify's Billing Cycle.

If you are in a period of 14 days from the start of the subscribe a paid plan. Simply reach out to a support agent via live chat, and after verifying the number of days you’ve used the service, your refund request will be processed within a maximum of 5 business working days.

Refunds for annual subscriptions are calculated based on monthly billing cycles. The refund amount includes the full payment for the current billing cycle and any unused months. However, no refund will be provided for the months that have already been used.

To downgrade to a lower plan, first unpublish enough pages to meet the slot limit of your new plan. Once your published slots are within the limit, you can switch plans smoothly without any issues.

When you uninstall the Ecombe app, your published pages will remain unaffected. All your page data in the Ecombe app will be moved to the trash for 30 days before permanent deletion.
